Plan to update rollup:
 * downgrade node-rollup-plugin-commonjs
 * package rollup at 0.52.0 (needed to build recent rollup) in experimental
 * verify with ci.debian.net API that all builds well
 * push rollup at 0.52 to unstable
 * wait for rollup at 0.52 migration to testing
 * update node-rollup-plugin*  and rollup in experimental

Agree ?
