[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#932991: Update nodejs in experimental to 12.7 to fix experimental ES modules

While trying to run rollup directly as an ES module, with node --experimental-modules  option, we hit an internal error which upstream confirmed as fixed in 12.7. Please update nodejs so we can update rollup.

See https://github.com/nodejs/node/issues/28835 for details and esm branch of node-rollup on salsa for a version of rollup that works directly as ES module (and breaks self build dependency and circular dependency on node-buble).
