[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#933251: DEB_BUILD_PROFILES=nocheck is ignored by pkg-js-tools

DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck works, but both should be supported. Build options don't filter build dependencies so we can't use it when circular test only dependencies prevent builds.
