My reducejs tool gives a new analysis:
 * updates needed:
   - gulp-babel : 7.0.1 => 8.0.0
   - rollup-plugin-babel : 3.0.3 => 4.3.2
 * downgraded modules to embed
   - process-nextick-args : 2.0.0 => 1.0.7
 * problems:
   - build fails with our readable-stream (2.3.6) but succeeds with
     upstream readable-stream (2.3.6 also)
