    at IncomingForm._parseContentType (/usr/lib/nodejs/formidable/incoming_form.js:246:12)
    at IncomingForm.writeHeaders (/usr/lib/nodejs/formidable/incoming_form.js:125:8)
    at IncomingForm.parse (/usr/lib/nodejs/formidable/incoming_form.js:117:8)
    ...

According to https://github.com/felixge/node-formidable it has to be
upgraded at least to version 1.1.1
