Though the attached watch file works when there's no changelog entry,
but it fails to create `node-gulp_4.0.2.orig-gulp-cli.tar.gz` when
there's a changelog entry.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Import the changes and make a changelog entry.
2. Try `uscan --download-current-version`. It fails there :(
