and I missed I had updated rollup further to 1.10.1 which means I need 
acorn >= 6

Thanks for reminding. Which means we have to wait for webassemblyjs in 
NEW (stalled there for 1 month now). It might be a good idea to ask ftp 
masters to fast track this package by someone who is in good terms with 
them (I have already asked without success).

But rollup itself is ready to upload to unstable otherwise.

acorn 6, rollup 1, webpack 4.30 and nodejs 12 will need to go to 
unstable together.
