[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#942170: Update node-buble to a version compatible with acorn 6

node-acorn 6 is in experimental and rollup 1.0 will soon be uploaded to 
experimental. Some packages using node-buble failed to build with this 
error. Other packaged like node-uri-js, node-d3-color etc which does 
not use buble built fine.
