[Pkg-javascript-devel] [ Test failure ] node-rollup-plugin-babel

I was working on node-rollup-plugin-babel, as a part of rollup 1.0.2
transitions. It built fine earlier with my changes on, but now the test
during build seem to fail with the following error:

I'm not sure which package from experimental is causing the issue. It would
be great if someone could help.
