[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#942302: Update node-rollup-pluginutils to 2.6.0 or later

version: 2.3.3-4

Control: block 942200 by -1

As part of rollup 1.x transition, we need rollup-pluginutils 2.6 or 
greater for rollup 1.10.1

But when trying to build this version, build fails with this error
