[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#942441: add an option to add-node-component to force npm registry

Package: pkg-js-tools
version: 0.9.16

For example, when the git repo has a lot of modules under 
packages/directory, we may want to choose only one module. In such 
cases using github tarball cannot work. Example @webassemblyjs/ast.
