[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#939605: Support lerna multiple packages

Example package is node-core-js 3 in git, which contains many modules 
in a single repo each module in a sub directory of packages directory.

So core-js module is packages/core-js. This can be auto detected if 
there is a packages directory and/or lerna.json file.
