Indeed, dist/ directory had been excluded via Files-Exclude, but the
comments in d/copyright has not been updated to reflect that.

As said, this is already done, thus this Comment should have been removed.

Should I fix this issue and reupload? The package has not been ACCEPTed
nor REJECTed.
