So current status is, we have fixed most of the packages that require 
an update, but there are 3 unresolved issues that needs help and fixing.

1. We need to fix #959110 in node-babel7 which is a blocker for 
buildinng node-i18next-* (3 modules affected)
2. node-yarnpkg needs help with webpack part #958780 use 
node-gulp-babel 8 with babel 7 and node-babel-loader with babel 6.
3. Build node-babel 6 with node-gulp-babel 8 or embed node-gulp-babel 7 
in node-babel 6.

If we can fix these 3 blockers, I think we can upload node-babel 7 to 
unstable.
