This package was rejected because it was considered too small by ftp 
masters.

and there was an ITP at that time 
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=885137 which was 
closed after it was rejected.

apt-file find node_modules/serialize-javascript

is a good way to find already embedded modules and probably a nice 
addition to npm2deb search.
