7.0.0+~cs8.3.2-1 is higher than 2.26.3+repack~

...because 3.2 is higher than 3+

...because + means "just above" so beats only nothing or 0.

Possibly, but because they are intertwined that migration may be held 
back too (not sure, I just suggest to play it safe by correcting this 
real issue in node-cosmiconfig even if onyl shortlived - but obviously 
we can wait a day to see if it fixes itself...).
