[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#977535: pkg-js-tools should create node_modules symlink in autopkgtest

Severity: important

node-d3-geo autopkgtest is failing with

Error: Cannot find module '@babel/register'

Even though debian/nodejs/extlinks has @babel/register.

I don't know if we should handle it specifically for this package or do it for all
