[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#977677: Bug#977677: FTBFS: dependency to node-babel-runtime >=7 isn't understood by deb tools

That's wrong: a _versioned_ dependency on node-babel-runtime is *not* 
satisfied by the too old real package node-babel-runtime.

With which tools do you get that resolving?
