node-babel 6.26.0+repack-1 is ready to review (for unstable): it embeds
core-js at 2.6.x as required by package.json files. I succeed to build it
and to rebuild it using new packages.

@praveen, if you agree with this repackaging, I can upload it to
unstable and then migrate last node-core-js. Of course, more tests are
welcome ;-)
