[Pkg-javascript-devel] Most team Lintian checks and tags now part of mainline

Dear Javascript Team,

Starting with Lintian's next release, most of your team's checks and
tags are part of our mainline program. The sole exception is the tag
inconsistency-debian-watch, which requires the network.

Network functionality may appear in Lintian as an optional feature. At
that point, the remaining tag will be integrated.
