I've since been granted access to the team on Salsa (thank you!) and 
have pushed these repositories there:

https://salsa.debian.org/js-team/bootsidemenu.js
https://salsa.debian.org/js-team/node-nouislider

A new upstream version of node-nouislider was released a few weeks ago, 
and I just updated the packaging to reflect that.

Has anyone had a chance to look at either of these packages yet?
