Hello, looks like npm is failing again its autopkgtests...

On armhf there is a timeout that I "fixed" with: https://github.com/npm/cli/pull/1454

on ppc64el there is another failure:
https://ci.debian.net/data/autopkgtest/unstable/ppc64el/n/npm/6017343/log.gz

and I also spot a s390x failure on Ubuntu:

can you please have another look?
(in the meanwhile I'm marking that test as flaky in Ubuntu)
