This is a major version update, checking clean build with sbuild is not 
enough to make sure it does not break anything else.

You can use reverse-depends command to find out the reverse 
dependencies.

$ reverse-depends node-d3-array
Reverse-Depends
* node-d3
* node-d3-chord
* node-d3-contour
* node-d3-geo
* node-d3-scale

Packages without architectures listed are reverse-dependencies in: 
amd64, arm64, armel, armhf, i386, mipsel, ppc64el, s390x

Reverse-Build-Depends
* node-d3
* node-d3-chord
* node-d3-collection
* node-d3-contour
* node-d3-geo
