[Pkg-javascript-devel] [RFS] node-graphlibrary

Hi,
node-graphlibrary is currently a package of upstream: graphlibrary.
graphlibrary itself is a fork of graphlib
Since there's currently a requirement of graphlib, I have changed the
upstream to graphlib instead, and updated watch, copyright, control, et.
al. files accordingly, and also added in a README.Debian to explain the
change.
The reasons for doing so are the same mentioned in this mail[1].

I have pushed my changed to the team repo here[2].
Needs review and sponsorship.
