[Pkg-javascript-devel] [RFS] node-dagre-layout

Hi,
node-dagre-layout is currently a package of upstream: dagre-layout.
dagre-layout itself is a fork of dagre.
Since there's currently a requirement of dagre, I have changed the upstream
to dagre instead, and updated watch, copyright, control, et. al. files
accordingly, and also added in a README.Debian to explain the change.
The reasons for doing so are the same mentioned in this mail[1].

I have pushed my changed to my local fork here[2].
Needs review and sponsorship.
