You were talking about several things, including aptitude, and now about 
node-sntp and node-hoek but still not versions or times.

I would still love to know version(s) and/or time(s) of the problem you 
experienced.

In case that makes it easier, here are two templates you can use, just 
replace "A" "B" and "C" with the correct values:

"I experienced problems with package A version B depending versioned on 
package C"

"I experienced problems with package A (don't remember which version 
exactly but it was around the data B) depending versioned on package C"
