Looking at [1], it seems that the only thing that block
acorn/rollup/buble migration is this renaming: Britney does not try the
big migration (it looks like it does not see the double link between
rollup and acorn, named as "node-acorn (>= 6)" in deps), then since all
is linked, every test are rejected.
The first Britney's test shows that it tries to migrate acorn,
node-espree, node-falafel and remove 2 old acorn-* only:

        node-espree -node-acorn-jsx
skipped: node-falafel acorn node-webpack -node-acorn-dynamic-import
         node-espree -node-acorn-jsx (31, 0, 31)

    * i386: node-acorn-object-spread, node-buble,
            node-rollup-plugin-buble

Since the previous discussion showed that I was completely stupid for
daring to think that this was going to be a problem, I do not reopen
this BTS.
