Looks good to me. It should be uploaded to experimental first.

For packages outside js-team, please file a bug with severity 
important, idealy with patches. Once we fix all of the packages or most 
of it and given at least a week's time for people to respond to bugs, I 
think we can upload it to unstable and raise severity to serious for 
packages still unfixed.
