Hi Daniel,

Babel 6 will be replaced by Babel 7 (node-babel7) in bullseye. So 
please update your package to build with Babel 7.

node-babel-plugin-transform-decorators-legacy is not required in babel 
7 as noted by upstream readme => 
https://github.com/loganfsmyth/babel-plugin-transform-decorators-legacy#babel--7x 
we'd like to remove this package from the archive once rainloop 
migrates to babel 7 (only reverse build dependency for this package)
