[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#960101: node-jsonld, node-rdf-canonize: Build with babel version 7

Hi Jonas,

Babel 6 will be replaced by Babel 7 (node-babel7) in bullseye. So 
please update your package to build with Babel 7.

Please build depend on node-babel-loader (>= 8.0~) which depends on 
node-babel7 and drop all other current node-babel-* packages from build 
dependencies.

Note: plugin-transform-object-rest-spread is now 
@babel/proposal-object-rest-spread

Also note that node-babel-loader 8.x is currently in experimental and 
will be uploaded to unstable when its reverse build dependencies are 
ready for it (after vue.js, node-yarnpkg and node-react-audio-player 
are fixed).

As discussed in irc, I'm not touching the git repo for this fix.
