[Pkg-javascript-devel] Notes for node-mkdirp upgrade

Hi,

mkdirp is outdated in Debian. Upgrade to ≥ 1.0.3 introduces a major
breaking change, however easy to patch (callback replaced by promise).

=> If no one disagrees, I'll push these packages from experimental to
   unstable when the 9 remaining packages will be patched.

_Packages ready in experimental_:

 * node-cacache (last version needs a recent mkdirp)
