[Pkg-javascript-devel] rollup 1.32.1 in unstable

Hi all,

I successfully tested the last rollup 1.x (1.32.1 uploaded to
experimental) with all the following packages (autopkgtest and rebuild).
Exceptions:
 * node-rollup-plugin-commonjs (2 little test output changes)
 * node-rollup-plugin-replace  (1 little test output change)
 * notepadqq build failed for another reason (#964603)
 * should.js: *incompatible uglifyjs update*

I no one disagree, I plan to push it to unstable after fixing
node-rollup-plugin-commonjs/replace.
