I was able to get the newer version of jquery-ui working with a patch, 
fortunately only one component appeared to be broken.

The previous version of the rainloop package also bundles modernizr, so 
I'm not sure unbundling that should be a blocker for this update.

Also, RFS node-opentip (a dependency of rainloop); only minor changes, I 
updated the install paths from /usr/lib/nodejs to /usr/share/nodejs.
