I removed node-progress, that library provides a command-line progress 
bar while progressjs is used for a web-rendered one. Also, the patch 
reverting gulp-terser to gulp-uglify needed the options reverted as well.

Your other changes look good to me, I was waiting to upgrade to 1.16.0 
to avoid delaying the package update again but it looks like upstream 
didn't change much of the JS this time.

I think the new version should be uploaded as "urgency=high" due to the 
security notice for the plaintext password issue.
