[Pkg-javascript-devel] Unmaintained and useless packages

Hi all,

node-sphericalmercator, node-tilelive and node-mbtiles are useless in 
Debian ad upstrem change their name to @mapbox/tilelive, 
@mapbox/sphericalmercator and @mapbox/mbview. So current versions should 
be considered as unmaintained.

I propose to remove them. If someone later wants to package the new 
packages with their new names, feel free of course.
