Hi,

I succeed to build @babel/standalone (really standalone) and
@babel/runtime separately. But I got an error with current
@rollup/commonjs and @rollup/node-resolve and I had to embed some older
versions in debian/build_modules. Error is hidden by another error while
trying to bundle packages from /usr/share/nodejs: adding it into
moduleDirectories makes sourcemap fail while trying to build the real error.

I pushed as this in NEW queue.

Now, packages are not so big:
 - 580480 node-babel7_7.12.12+~cs150.141.84-1_all.deb
 - 109736 node-babel7-runtime_7.12.12+~cs150.141.84-1_all.deb
 - 492712 node-babel7-standalone_7.12.12+~cs150.141.84-1_all.deb

"Provides" fields are OK
