[Pkg-javascript-devel] Proposition for pkg-js-tools nodepath

I want to make a proposition that the pkg-js-tool nodepath residing at
https://salsa.debian.org/js-team/pkg-js-tools/-/blob/master/tools/nodepath
be moved to nodejs package instead of existing as just a command under
pkg-js-tools, we (outreachy interns and our mentors) believe that the
command script is powerful enough to be made to standalone as a
package, reason being that it is the major singular tool that we were
able to use to solve a problem that has to do with path resolution that
has cost us several lines of codes that still wasn't as efficient
earlier. 
If it is moved into nodejs it would have more exposure and more people
will be able to implement it more easily.
