thanks for your request but twitter-bootstrap4 is no Debian package (it's
libjs-bootstrap4)

Anyway libjs-bootstrap5 has been requested before as a RFP proper, so I'll
merge this one with the bug #985857.

RFPs (Requests for Package) are the correct way of entering new package
requests in Debian:
https://wiki.debian.org/RFP

As you can see there is no activity in #985857 yet, so it's basically up for
anyone to pick it (we welcome new contributors ;-).
