Yes, I tried that, and it works.
I also tested issuing again the same command from a separate console in the same dir while the 1st is not yet complete (it says "Waiting for the other yarn instance to finish").
Also ^C-ing the 1st one will unlock the 2nd one.
See attached screencast (if the list server likes it).

But looking at the history of this section of the code, it was "complex":

What I am not sure of, is if it will work in all cases!
