Please do not stalk individual contributors.  The proper approach is to 
file a bugreport, or for non-bugs use the Maintainer field of the 
package.

For checking if a post arrived at the mailinglist, I can recommend to 
look at the public archive - as an alternative to reposting to random 
individuals.
