OK, so if someone wants to upload to unstable, one will have to branch
off from the last git tag referring to an upload to unstable, right?
Because node-mermaid, for example, already has a new upstream release on
git 'master' branch. Due to that, I prefer the other way round, as
explained by Michael in debian-med@ a couple of weeks ago [1]. I am not
aware of JS team's consensus on the matter.
