* There is no build happening. I suppose the tsc command should be run
as mentioned here[1]
* There are no build time tests being run[2]
* Drop the d/install file, add a B-D on dh-sequence-nodejs for these things
* d/README.* just contain template text, and do not look useful. Purge them
* Lintian complains about several things that can and should be fixed
* There is no ITP bug closed

Please fix the above.
