[Pkg-javascript-devel] FTBFS to fix

Hi all,

I fixed all recent FTBFS bugs except:
 * highlight.js (LateX error)
 * node-copy-webpack-plugin (schema-utils error)
 * node-espree (tape 5 error ?)
 * rainloop
 * moment-timezone.js (tzdata compatibility)
 * node-gulp-tsb (incompatible with tsc ≥ 4)
