Ah, it is good that you tested it before-hand.
For now, I uploaded your package to experimental.
You could proceed with developing your target package targeting experimental (for now).
And if you'd like to bring new tslib to unstable sooner, you could see the pseudo-excuses here[4] (it'll get updated in a few days)
file bugs and help fix stuff, just as Praveen said in the other email.
