Unfortunately I can't. I'm trying to get gitlab 11.11.8+dfsg-1+fto10+2 to work. Then I can upgrade gitlab further to 12 and 13 and only then I can upgrade Debian to bullseye.

I've rebuilt Debian nodejs without --shared-zlib, --shared-cares and --shared-libuv (remove them from debian/rules). It works now!

Going to narrow it down.
