[Pkg-javascript-devel] RFS: Update node-watchpack

I am looking for a sponsor for an update to node-watchpack:
 Old version: 2.2.0-1
New version: 2.3.1-1
I have ensured the package is lintian clean and I have built it successfully in a clean chroot using sbuild. I would be glad if someone uploaded this package for me.
