[Pkg-javascript-devel] RFS: Update node-regenerator-runtime

Hello,
I am looking for a sponsor for an update to node-regenerator-runtime:
 Old version: 0.13.7-1
New version: 0.13.9-1
I have ensured the package is lintian clean and I have built it successfully in a clean chroot using sbuild. I would be glad if someone uploaded this package for me.
