[Pkg-javascript-devel] RFS: Embed @types/markdown-it in node-markdown-it

Hello,

I have added @types/markdown-it as a component package in node-markdown-it.

I have ensured the package is lintian clean and I have built it in a clean
chroot using sbuild. I would be glad if someone uploaded this package for
me.
