Hi,

I don't understand why this bug has been assigned to webpack:
  * many packages use webpack without having any issue
  * problem happens during package download, what is the link to webpack?

     > yarn install v1.22.19
     > [1/5] Validating package.json...

     > [3/5] Fetching packages...

    (a yarnpkg install during build? Looks to be a bad idea)

  * react-scripts uses an old webpack (both installed by yarnpkg and
    launched by yarnpkg build), not Debian's webpack. This old webpack
    is broken with nodejs 18 (md4), not Debian's one.
    NB: greenbone-security-assistant requires an old react-scripts,
        that's why it uses an old webpack
    NB: react-scripts isn't packaged (and not easy to do)
