Hello,

I have just packaged node-data-uri-to-buffer version: 4.0.0 as part of 
my effort to package node-proxy-agent for Corepack.

I am requesting sponsorship. I have built the package in a clean chroot 
with sbuild and ensured it is lintian clean.
